About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and highly motivated Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in transforming raw data into meaningful analyses that drive business decisions. You will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing data, as well as developing dashboards and reports for various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources (internal and external).
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Translate data findings into clear, concise insights and recommendations.
  • Support data-driven decision-making by providing ad hoc and scheduled reports.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress.
  • Conduct exploratory and statistical analysis to support business hypotheses.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity in reporting processes.
  • Assist in automating manual processes using scripts or workflow tools (e.g., Python, SQL, Excel macros).

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in a data analysis or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
  • Experience with Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio).
  • Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R for data analysis is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with statistical methods and data modeling concepts is a plus.
  • Knowledge of business intelligence, data warehousing, and ETL processes is a plus.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Preferred Experience (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with cloud-based data tools (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, AWS Athena).
  • Exposure to A/B testing, predictive modeling, or machine learning techniques.
  • Domain knowledge in [e.g., FMCG.].
